Refund policy

Return Policy in regard to hard and soft goods:

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Products should be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Process:

    • Customers need to provide proof of purchase (like a receipt or order confirmation).
    • Returns can be initiated by contacting customer service at ladyfisheast@gmail.com.
  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.
  • Exchanges:

    • Items can be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability).
    • Customers should specify the exchange details when initiating the return.
  • Exceptions:

    • Sale or final sale items may not be eligible for returns.
    • Gift cards and personalized items are typically non-refundable.

In regard to refunds and cancellations for classes, Client-Initiated Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. This allows us to refill your reserved spot.

Weather-Related Rescheduling: If poor weather conditions require ladyfish to reschedule an event, we will provide you with two alternative dates to choose from for a replacement class.

Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event.  If the event is canceled by us (due to weather or unforeseen circumstances) you will have the opportunity to choose between the two alternative class replacement dates.
